Token Utilities

Staking

Stake your tokens to:

  • Shape the game: Influence development decisions through governance.

  • Save on fees: Enjoy lower marketplace transaction fees.

  • Earn card packs: Receive regular card packs, with bigger rewards for longer staking periods. Bonus packs through lottery draws.

Governance

Users can decide on future course of game development, vote about re-balancing of the cards (might not be a good idea to let people decide this), assigning token rewards for game epochs or tournaments, control game treasury. . .

Purchasing In-Game Items

Use the game's token to buy and sell items, or get reduced fees for doing so.

Entry Fees for Tournaments

Entry fees are paid in tokens, which also factor into ranking. Higher ranks earn more tokens, better card packs, and other rewards.

Token Buybacks

Part of the fees generated on the marketplace and by selling card packs would go towards buying back and/or burning game tokens.

Fusing cards

Burn tokens to combine lower rarity cards into higher ones.

Collateral for NFT Loans

Borrow rare cards with tokens. Lenders set interest rates (APR) and get paid in tokens.

Purchasing card packs

Buy packs with tokens for exclusive access or discounts.

Game of chance

  • Challenge players and bet tokens on the outcome.

  • Put cards on the line instead of tokens.

  • Used as a currency in Halls of Fortune
